The title of today’s podcast is Your Strategic Spa Day. Yes, yes, yes! I want to share with you this practice that I’ve adopted. At first it was just for my own self care as a conscious entrepreneur, separate from my business. It was something that just kind of kept me sane after all those late nights, you know, booking Facebook posts and going through emails and quotes and websites and all of the stuff that is extra that I have to do on top of being an energy healer and a transformational coach, right?

Instead of doing the deliverables we love, as you know, being an entrepreneur, we have more than just the deliverables, more than just the services and products that we provide to do in order to have a successful business. It involves also all the operations of the business and that for me is well, I would have to say between Competence and Excellence for me as far as my unique brilliance quadrant would go.

But as it’s between Competence and Excellence, you know, we can serve others from there but it get’s so draining. I mean, oh my Goddess, don’t you ever just from time to time want to run away from your desk?
