Friday Oct 11, 2019
Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 78 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holisticstress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of today’s podcast episode is But I'm A Good Person.
Oh man! So, right now, I am in the car yet again driving back from being down the shore as we say here in New Jersey or on the beach.
It’s a Wednesday, and it’s October. Basically, everybody else that I know is at "work" or indoors somewhere on a gorgeous 90-something degrees Fahrenheit, day. But here is this perfect beach weather, and I now smell like the ocean. So, I am slightly salted. LOL!
But there’s something that I realized when I was on the beach; it kind of caught my attention and made me think of you. And what I saw was that, gosh, there’s not many people out here...
Like, I’m looking around and thinking to myself "huh, look at the men, the women, the children, people by themselves, people and couples. I wonder how many of these people are entrepreneurs, or maybe they happen to be on holiday, or maybe some of them are stay at home moms or stay at home dads, or maybe they have suddenly taken a 'sick' day off."
I mean, really, how are we all out here on the beach, in the middle of the workweek, in the middle of the day, in October?
Let's talk about it!

Your Client Attractive Bio - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 77
Thursday Oct 10, 2019
Thursday Oct 10, 2019
Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 77 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holisticstress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of today’s podcast episode is Your Client Attractive Bio.
Now, I have another speech coming up this week at AT&T Corporate. And I’ve been speaking for the last 5 years, I think this is going to be the sixth or seventh time that they’ve brought me back.
I now know some of the people that work there, and we've developed a wonderful ongoing relationship. It’s a pleasure and a joy to get to re-introduce the power of meditation, holistic stress management, and mindfulness to the entire tribe there at AT&T.
They bring me to their Bedminster location the most, so it’s so fun to go and see the GNOC, which basically looks like command central - it's massive, with all these l wonderful screens and technology and everyone’s so excited.
So, I love going to speak at AT&T, and every so often, because they keep bringing me back, they ask for my updated speaker bio.
Along with that, they ask what’s the handout that they are going to be giving out to those who are attending. They already gave me the numbers of how many people are going to be there, so this is crucial, because this is a number of new people that I get to connect with, inspire and really help them possibly begin their journey of holistic stress management.
This talk could possibly begin their journey of self-care, this very well could be the first time that they’ve meditated or even thought of their own health at work.
Let's talk about it!

From the minute I met her, I remember just giving her a hug, having so much fun with her - and she is the most elegant dancer by the way - oh my goodness! Lissa, welcome to the podcast!
Lissa: Thank you, Victoria. I am delighted to be here. I am so happy to spend this time with you and with everyone who happens to be watching us. Thank you for being here.
Victoria: Oh, such a pleasure! So, this may be person’s first time meeting you, so we want to honor that. And, so, tell us what you do in your business, but especially, what are the three things that you’re known for.
Lissa: Well, I’ll start with what I’m known for. I am known for infusing my business and what I do with integrity, with love and joy and fun, I mean because who the fuck wants to have anything else? Like… this is what we do every day, and if we’re not having fun, there’s no point, right?
My businesses - which is now plural - are as follows. I have two companies: The Moringa Group - Moringa is a plant super food, it’s the most nutritious plant on the planet. So, in The Moringa Group we create vibrant products out of organic Moringa to help nourish the body...

Positive Pain - Interview with Sophie Dalton - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 75
Tuesday Oct 08, 2019
Tuesday Oct 08, 2019
Victoria: Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 75 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holisticstress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of today’s podcast episode is Positive Pain. and I have someone special here for you. Her name is Sophie Dalton.
She is a life and business coach for high-achieving women entrepreneurs, so that they can live their life on their own damn terms. And what we were just talking about was this concept of positive pain.
Before we hit record, Sophie was sharing with me how she’s been working with her VIP clients on this concept of really allowing pain to help you move into your next level even your next level of self-care.
So, Sophie, if you could take it away, tell us!
Sophie: Yes, firstly, thank you so much for having me on the Journeypreneur podcast. I’m really excited to be here, I love the types of conversations that you have! And this one today, I think is going to be straight FIRE!
So, positive pain - something that I’ve been doing recently, hardcore with myself and with my VIP clients as you said, is strategizing our lifestyle system and business system around the things that cause us the most discomfort. The things that make us the most uncomfortable are powerful because that discomfort or that suffering, that pain, is often a clue to what is going to be the most expansive both in life and business.
And so, what happens is that when we go straight towards the activities that scare us the most - and this obviously isn’t the negative pain that tears us down or wears us down, but this is more like the thrilling kind of roller coaster fear - what happens is that they spark massive growth.
Let's talk about it!

Self Sabotage Is So Trendy - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 74
Monday Oct 07, 2019
Monday Oct 07, 2019
Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 74 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holisticstress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of today’s podcast episode is Self Sabotage Is So Trendy.
Oh my gosh! Self-sabotage amongst entrepreneurs is so trendy. There’s a trend alert, I’m telling you, I’ve noticed it and oh my Goddess, I’m so the forefront of this trend, you guys. Oh Gawd! (LOL!)
Let’s get into this; and this is a continuation of episode 73 where we were talking about how you feel does not matter. Building on that and throwing rocks at myself, where my main Mantra is "what matters most is how you feel."
I want to get into this a little bit further, and own my own journey as I walk alongside you as a Journeypreneur myself. So, I have a limiting belief around being a successful business owner. I have this concept of it in my head of it is someone who does everything, who has it all and does it all and does it all perfectly. Right?
There is this perfection paralysis that I have in my head and that I’ve been processing over the years.
Let's talk about it!

How You Feel Does Not Matter - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 73
Friday Oct 04, 2019
Friday Oct 04, 2019
Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 73 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holisticstress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of today’s podcast episode is How You Feel Does Not Matter.
Now, if you’ve been following my work for any amount of time you may know that my number one Mantra, the thing that I say the most with all of my clients or anytime that I am teaching or speaking, in any of the blog posts that I’ve written, videos that I’ve shot, or when I’m live on Facebook or any social media platform, or when I'm sitting across from you at a retreat or one of your private sessions, one thing I am saying over and over and over again is: what matters most is how you feel.
But my spirit guides inspired me today. They called me to talk about the opposite of that Mantra, to really help us understand why do we care.
Why do we care? Because, the opposite of "what matters most is how you feel" is "how you feel does not matter," and this is a very popular outlook.
It's about you having that sort of a "get it done" mindset. Or, you being a servant leader and how you feel is irrelevant; you might be going through a challenge, stuff might be really difficult for you right now but you got to get out there and serve your people, no matter what.
Let's talk about it!

And I have someone really special to share with you. You know, I’m really grateful for this woman’s presence in my life.
She is a constant source of joy, inspiration and creativity. She is another soul sister of mine, I’m super happy to get to share her with you. Her name is Ale B and she has this incredible work of doing Headshot Extravaganzas. She brings out the inner light in others, especially women entrepreneurs, when she is doing photo shoot for them.
She has this incredible creative and spiritual visionary background - and we’re going to get into it a little bit more as I share her with you. But when you look at her work online, every single photo that she takes has this wonderful bright and juicy, colorful inner glow.
And what I found, is that whatever I look at them, it really reflects her personality. I love seeing that come out of her and for those of you who also follow her work on Facebook, she is so much fun, on camera she is an incredible personality.
Ale B, thank you for coming on the podcast today!
Ale: Oh honey, yeah! I think I brought my bell; I have to ring my bell for you now!
This is fantastic. Thank you for that lovely introduction, goddess.

This is your source for channeled holisticstress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of today’s podcast episode is the Creating Less Noise and I have someone special for you.
We were just vibing super high and going back and forth before I hit the record button. This is Ilonka Lubbe Ras from thinktofu and she provides visionary social media support for vegan conscious entrepreneurs looking to get out there and serve more people.
And Ilonka, you were telling me a story about something that, as you’re finding your identity around creating content and receiving coaching, something unexpected happened and I just want you to take it away. Like, back of the truck up and re-tell me and all of my listeners the story please.
Ilonka: Thank you so much for having me. It’s such, like, I just love you! I love your energy and I thought it is so cool to be in this podcast.
Yeah, so what I was say was that I was talking to a coach that I have in a mastermind group that I am in - and I am obviously on this journey, you know, trying to build a million-dollar business and you know, trying to not to lose myself along the way, because that’s so easy to do.
And I was texting to her about this idea that I had for my business. I have a digital agency and I try to creatively think of products, my inside products that I could add to my business to sort of create an additional source of income. So she hopped on the phone with me and ugh, it wasn't what I was expecting...

Creating Focus - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 70
Tuesday Oct 01, 2019
Tuesday Oct 01, 2019
Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 70 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holisticstress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of today’s podcast episode is the Creating Focus.
I wanted to continue to share some of the insights that I had while leading my Abundance Mindset Makeover retreat up in the Berkshires this past weekend. I was there for a couple of days with a group of entrepreneurs going through meditations and masterminds for up-leveling our ability to align with abundance in the different areas of our lives.
And you know, abundance isn’t just money. It could be an abundance of time, could be an abundance of health, could be an abundance of love and affection, could also be an abundance, yes, of money, or an abundance of visibility, or just an abundance of peace of mind.
So, another thing that we were talking about was how we can’t focus and I mentioned this a little bit in the last podcast episode, where I wanted to tell you a few more stories that made me think of you from this retreat.
One of my VIP clients was sharing how she has the hardest time finding her ability to focus and especially when focusing on the business - what’s going to make her the most money, or what’s going to be her right next step or even focusing on how to get herself back into her creative flow at work.
Let's talk about it!

Breaks On Demand - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 69
Monday Sep 30, 2019
Monday Sep 30, 2019
Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 69 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holisticstress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of today’s podcast episode is the Breaks On Demand.
So, recently I have been re-reading through Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. Maybe this is a book that’s spoken to you. If so, high five! Right there with you.
And, what I love about Think and Grow Rich is that Napoleon shares so many stories and examples to illustrate the concepts he is trying to share. And he really challenges the reader to think differently, while he shares how he is challenging himself to think differently as he is writing the book.
So, I find it really fascinating to just be going through his experiences and just sifting through that to reground myself at another level of abundance mindset, and also to better serve my clients from that higher level of abundance mindset as well.
There is one of the pages that I intuitively opened to - because that’s one of the ways that I go about reading Think and Grow Rich is I just kind of open it, the book, physically and wherever the book lands, is whatever message or whatever passage I’m supposed to read. And it made me think of you.
Let's talk about it!
