Victoria: Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 148 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
And in this podcast episode, I have the honor and pleasure. Oh my goodness. The deep pleasure of introducing a beautiful soul that I've gotten the joy of journeying with, well, more intensely these last few months.
I've known him for years. Welcome to the podcast, Allan Wallner. Hello. Hello, brother.
Alan: Hey, thank you. That was a great, great introduction. Yeah. I had to wipe the sweat off my brow - I was worried!
Victoria: Sweat? That's OK. I mean, I'm in a caftan. No one can see how sweaty I get it. Lol! I love it.
This is so good everyone. You can find Allan at ConsciousBranding.com and Allan, you and I both know we're awesome. I know you're awesome, you know I am too, and that's easy.
Alan: We’re remarkable.
Victoria: Yes! We're remarkable. Absolutely. And I want to ground that, though, because this may be the very first time that someone is getting to hear about you or see you or get to know who you are and what you do in the world. So if you could, in your own words, please describe what it is that you do, but especially what are the three things that you're known for?
Alan: Sure. Sure. Well, our company name is Conscious Branding, so we work with businesses that are experiencing an identity crisis and would like to have a clear understanding of who they are as a company, and kind of how to talk about it and have a strong presence that attracts more of their best clients. And I guess what kind of separates us from other branding consultants is our heart-centered approach, which leads us to kind of discover the life force of a company. We call it the brand life force.
And by creating these brands from the inside out, I guess our clients have a more profound, energetic connection with their brand and their business. And that manifests itself then in every aspect of their business, because that's what branding is all about. It's how you make people feel.
So, yeah, and kind of I guess our top three things that we're known for is that conscious branding process that I've developed. We take a look at brand characteristics, then we go into detail on that so that we can build the brand from the inside out, from your purpose and from your passion, and why you do what you do.
And then kind of our next thing that we do is we, of course, you know, we deliver exceptional creative media, we do naming, logos, websites, and we actually implement the brand as well. And if a company has clients, or sorry, employees, then we have kind of a way to kind of build that internally as well. We have a bit of a culture program, if you will.
And basically, that's kind of what we're known for, is our ability to do that brand strategy - helps set that brand foundation and then work with our clients to implement that. And helping our clients be remarkable and serve that greater purpose.
Victoria: Oh, that's so fabulous... I'm. Oh, my gosh, I celebrate that not only do you do the external branding, but also the internal branding, like that cultural world that's so juicy.
Alan: Yeah, that's real critical because oftentimes people think of their brand as their logo. So, the physicalities of their business. But in reality, it's it boils down to how you make people feel. It's the perception they have of you as a result of the experiences you create for them. So in order to have a really strong brand, you have to have clarity around how you want to make people feel and how emotions have energy around them.
So we really get into defining what that is so that, you know, not only can I create that energy or raise myself to that level of energy in myself and my business when I'm working outwardly, but I can express and convey and communicate with my team kind of what that energy is and how to be and how to act and how we want to make other people feel so we can all do that together.
And that's really the big difference and to just be conscious on a daily basis with what we're doing, and it just requires a whole different way of thinking. It's not a traditional way of going about branding. Yes, there's a lot of emotion and creating and things like that. But you have to really bring it from the heart.
I mean, I don't even like doing copywriting for clients if I'm not energetically at a higher level because that copy retains that energy, or the work retains that energy. So I want to make sure I'm in a good place when I'm working on work as well, because I have energy things with it, so I want to you know, that's what people don't understand, is that that brand life force is really important.

Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 147 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
And so, in this episode, I get to introduce you to a good friend of mine, Lori Ramas from Relezant.com. She is a marketing automation and app goddess specifically for non-techie people. So, I know many of us as creatives or spiritual entrepreneurs like, oh, we're trying to get our message out there in a big way. And Lori is here to help guide us. Welcome to the podcast.
Lori: Thank you so much for having me, Sensei Victoria. I'm so excited to be here with you today.
Victoria: Well, the feeling mutual. So, tell me, like we know each other, we know we're awesome. But this may be the very first time that someone is meeting you or getting to know you. So, if you could, in your own words, tell us what it is that you do, but especially what are the three things that you're known for?
Lori: Ok, of course. So, I'm Lori Ramas, if you don't know me. Hello, and thank you for tuning in. You know how it's like really hard to try to figure out what to write about yourself on social media. So, I take social media off the to do list and I either write it for you or I get you all trained up and how the heck to do it yourself and or for those of us who have absolutely no time.
So, it was just need someone to get it done. So, I'm that person for lots and lots of non-techie celebrities or small teams, nonprofits. And here's the thing. There's definitely three things people can count on me for. And as I meditated over this, first and foremost came to me is that I make talking about yourself online and the technology around the online marketing simple.
The first thing that I find is so many people are overwhelmed, but do I do? How do I do it? There's a lot to know, right? It's hard to know at all. Or people told me they feel like dinosaurs, like it's a second language. Right. And the thing is, is I work with experts. These are these women and men as well are experts in their fields. They've had corporate training and degrees. And of course, these are these are incredible humans. And technology is very overwhelming, you know. So, the first thing I do is I make it really simple, easy to talk about, easy to approach. And then I would say the second thing I do is I make people feel safe.
So, I say, when you're with me in my courses, when you're with me in London, it's like we're playing in a sandbox. Just put me in you playing. You can press the buttons, poke around a lot of live demo stuff so that you can see it happening. And I tell you where my characters are and you can move with me. And so, when you go do it, you're not doing it for the first time. You've already had the whole play and the mess up. Also, I show you where the delete button lives. So, you're like, no, where you write simple safe.
And then the other thing I think people count on me a lot for is I try I'm trying to sum it up in a good word. Maybe we would say integrity where it's like being on time, following up like, you know, they have my cell phone, they have my email. It's not hard to find me. They know within a day or so I'm going to answer back or I'll say, got it. But I need today. Right. So, your kind of always know where am I, what am I doing? Where is your project? And I don't really leave people wondering very often.
Most of the time, I've already given you like an unburdening sheet with the answers to the questions you're going to have, because I don't want you sitting around floundering for three days wondering about the timeline. Right. We don't need more work.
We need to be simpler. So after really getting my head around it, I would say those are the three things people undeniably have told me themselves that they can count on me for.
If that answers the question, one hundred percent, oh, yeah, and then it's so powerful because feeling safe and knowing that the person that's supporting you has high integrity is everything.
When we're going into the Wild West of technology and all of the woo, to have that type of grounded and strong support is so powerful. There's a lot of marketing people who are like, take your money.
And oh, yes, and I hear the horror stories and they still come to me and I and the first thing I say is, you know what? Props to you for coming to someone else, because that in those cases is the hard part is trusting somebody else. I've even had people who were one to one consulting the way I do. I mean, it used to be right in your face. I'd go right to their kitchen and just open up the laptop and train them.
Now it's on Zoom. But I had someone who is consulting with someone else who disappeared after meeting in person. And I just I that's my reaction to like I was like, here's my address. Look, here's my number. I'm not going anywhere. Find me, mail me. Come to my door. I'm not going anywhere. I don't hide. Plus, I'm a great Internet sleuth and I totally found that person to get from him.
If he's listening, he knows exactly what story I'm talking about.
Victoria: All right. Now. Yeah, yes. I live. I love it. So, here's like I've seen a lot of marketing people. And what I love about your personality is that like, oh, you sparkle and you're like, yes, one hundred percent refreshing.
And I'm curious, like your personal like as a techie person, techie people tend to be like, you know, hiding and like what happened? Was there something that happened in the first place that inspired you to start rolling dotcom and become this wonderful marketing automation company? Did you have an epiphany of some sort like what happened to inspire you on the path here?
Lori: So that's a good question. And you're actually not the first person to say that. I don't seem what you would think of when you think of a techie person. And that's because I wasn't ever going to be this person. I actually felt like I planned it or not. It was a complete surprise to me. So, if you don't know me or you know me a little bit, you may not know that I'm a martial artist. It's been almost 20 years.

Victoria: Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 146 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
So, in this podcast episode, I get the honor and the pleasure of getting to introduce you to an incredible goddess in my life, Susan Rose. You can find her at SusanRose.net and she is a copywriter and email marketing mentor.
She also happens to be a member of my Visionary Shaman Circle. So, hello, goddess. Welcome to the podcast!
Susan: Thanks for having me here. I'm so excited.
Victoria: Let's do it. So, I'm curious. Like, we love each other. We know each of each other's freaking awesome in our businesses. Like we. We got it. We got it. And for those who are listening in, this may be their very first time meeting you. So, if you could, in your own words, describe what it is you do, but especially what are the three things that you're known for? Could you tell us?
Susan: I can tell you I help empath entrepreneurs tell their story and make more impact and come by owning who they are and getting visible in the world. I primarily do this to the tactic of email marketing because it is such a powerful tool for nurturing relationships. And so, I'm a big believer in that. And so, it's a great way to tie those two things together. So. Things the people the clients tell me that they kind of my special sauce, right, is that I'm able to explain really complicated technical things and teach people how to take these abstract concepts of learning and in do something with it. So, I did this stuff as I'm really good at that.
I'm wonderful at and known for providing the very safe space for people to explore whatever it is, whether it is not knowing how to do something that they feel like they are supposed to know or telling what parts of their story to share or not to share and working through these things that put people in a very vulnerable position. And I'm proud to say that I'm able to provide the space that makes feel safe. And then the third thing is really laser focusing on what the next thing to do is for people, because that's like we have a lot of options right now as entrepreneurs and. Let's just cut to the chase. Help you figure out what it is and may or may not be what I'm offering, whatever the right thing for you. That's what I'm aiming for.
Victoria: I love it. I love it. What a blessing. You know, one of the hardest things is for us empath entrepreneurs are being able to cut to the chase and get to have that laser focus in a safe container. So that's so fabulous.
Susan: Yeah, I think it's hard because when it doesn't feel safe, I mean, I think that's when people are then floating around and there's a lot of stuff out there that isn't wasn't safe for me floating around out there.
Victoria: So, look, I know there are things out there that have inspired you to go into the work to do the same way for me. There’re things that I've encountered that inspired me to become the world's first Business Reiki Master, to create the Visionary Shaman Circle. So, I'm curious, like, did something happen or did you like that caused you to decide? Like, right, I'm going into this. I'm creating SusanRose.net then becoming a copywriter and email marketing mentor, like, this is the thing - like what happened that inspired you to start your business in the first place. Could you tell us?
Susan: Yeah, well, so I've been in business for 20 years. So, what inspired that is not what inspired me to be where I am in this moment. So that inspiration was just wanting to do really interesting work, good work for good people and be in business with my sister. And that kind of started to be on the entrepreneurial path. But after our partnership years ago, as I was doing freelance writing and working with a variety of people, I ended up in a coaching program to help me with my business as we do right. That's where we are. And it was the wrong step for me. It was not as a as empathic person, which I was not identifying as at the time, which can be a danger.
I started working with somebody and this was a very, very, very high-ticket program, working with somebody that had a very masculine kind of marketing approach. And so, from basically the moment I got into that program, I did not have seen I did not hear. My coach was like nothing I did was right. And I needed to change everything. And it was incredibly painful. And I felt just like I had regressed back into my childhood with stuff that I thought I had dealt with. Now, meanwhile, all the time I'm doing this, I'm giving this person a lot of money and I'm not seeing any results from it. I'm feeling very powerless. And that's not all that coaches.
That was the support that I needed to go on and do, but that was the inspiration. So, when I came out of that a year or so after that, when I was able to have digested and work through it, I'm like, I don't want other people who are like me who are highly sensitive to me. At the time I called myself an introvert. That's how I am. I am part of a now realized basically the same thing all but I wanted a quick result. This person promised a quick result, which I also know isn't true because I've owned multiple businesses over 20 years. So, there's a lot going on there.
And I didn't want other people like me because the other people who are like me in that program, we're also not succeeding. And it was very clear the people who led with power and beautiful people. But if that was how they led, then they did really well. But those of us who were more sensitive and empathic totally floundered and did not get any results.

How to Get Paid to Meditate - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 145
Wednesday Jan 13, 2021
Wednesday Jan 13, 2021
Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 145 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
And the title of this podcast episode is How to Get Paid to Meditate.
And right now, I am driving. I love recording podcast episodes while driving. It's a great thing for me. I just it really helps me focus and I am actually. Wow. Oh, my goodness. I am driving through New York City and I'm just past Louis Vuitton and oh my gosh, lush. I love lush. Oh God. The best bombs from there. This is. So what street am I on. Oh my gosh. I will when I see the next street sign I'll tell you. And this is such an exciting time because it's Thanksgiving week. And this for me personally is my first time driving in New York City since the pandemic really has gone around. I mean, like, it's just interesting to be back driving in the city.
I always like to imagine myself is like a like a platelet, like a blood platelet in a blood vessel. And that's how I'm able to drive in New York City, because in the in New Jersey, you know, you have to stay in this one lane and all that type of stuff. Whereas in New York, there could be cars and people and the buses and everything everywhere. So, I just I just imagine I'm a blood platelet and that's how I drive going in the general direction where I'm supposed to go within the general lane or artery, so to speak. Yeah. Oh, my God. It's so. Oh, and I wanted to hop on the podcast now.
Oh, by the way, this is Thirty Fourth Street. Oh my gosh. Yeah. 34th Street right now at thirty fourth at Madison. How fun. Yeah. I love the architecture. It's so interesting to see the different architecture, a lot of focus on the road.
So, I wanted to jump on the podcast right now to share a little bit more about how to get paid to meditate, because I've been having an interesting experience with I think you call them trolls. So, Facebook, I you know, out of gratitude for all of what I've manifested this year, I wanted to do an awareness ad campaign where I'm not making any money. I'm actually it's basically just a donation of like, thank you universe for the abundance received this year. I have my first fifty-thousand-dollar day, for example. It was amazing. So, I wanted to give back to the community by raising awareness of exactly how to get paid to meditate.
And so, before I tell you the three levels of how to do that, I want to tell you what people's reaction to general populace's reaction has been to this material. Let's see here. Some of the reactions have been, are you kidding me? Another one is scam fraud alert. Let's see, what else have they said to me so far? Another one is, oh, this is probably one of those free master classes where then they ask you for them for your money before you're actually able to learn anything.
And that’s pretty funny. And I'm so happy to go on the podcast and share this because the podcast has always been free. Right. I'm considering receiving donations, but I haven't yet. Right. It's episode one hundred forty-five. We are rocking.
So, I don't need your money in order to share with you this insight. But that was fun where someone was like, oh, this is probably one of those free master class where they ask for the actually the Facebook ad campaign is zero up. So of course, I charge for other parts of my business. But this is just like for, you know, sharing information like I think I believe that everyone should know how to do this.
And I don't understand why more people are doing it. What else have they said?
You should be ashamed of yourself for taking money for meditation. And this one guy is saying, and I'm a bit jealous of you that you would like. I wish I had enough courage to do that. And I'm like, ha, OK.
Let me see what else.
Oh, there's some other kinds of trolls, a different kind of flavor of like. Is sexy, right where they see us, they see my face, my face is in the ad and I'm awesome and I know I look good. Yeah, yeah.
But they'll say, oh, sexy, oh, you're hot. Or some of the other children are like, I'm waiting at my house for you.
So, uh, no thanks. That's OK.
Nope, not coming to your house. Nope, nope, nope, nope. That is what YouTube is for! Bye Felicia. Let me see. Try to remember other things that the trolls on the Facebook have said, hmm... I mean, my marketing team is having a heart attack. I don't understand why.
I can't believe all these people are sharing these comments. I've never seen this kind of response so, so fast. So. Yeah, well, you know, that's the power of being a master manifestor.
By the way, if you haven't joined the Facebook group, my Facebook group is free - Entrepreneur Master Manifestors. I mean, I, I talk the talk and I walk the walk. I, I'm so happy that five hundred other entrepreneurs from around the world that are spiritually minded and into manifesting are walking it with me. This is fun.
So, let's see any other things from the troubles of like, oh, how much do I have to pay in order to get paid to meditate. Well actually it's free at level one to get started. If you want to do like a VIP thing at level one, the most the highest amount of expense you'll put out is something like forty bucks max, but level one is really free to get started. What else have they said. Let's see. Is this so yeah. The scam is just a scam. It's a pyramid scheme. Is this a pyramid scheme? No, no it's not a pyramid scheme.

You Are A Racecar - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 144
Tuesday Jan 12, 2021
Tuesday Jan 12, 2021
Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 144 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
So, the title of this podcast episode is You Are A Race Car.
You are a race car, and I love it. I love talking about this while I'm driving. So, you'll hear all of the driving sounds in the background to accompany me, which is fabulous. But this is inspired by a very dear friend of mine who is also a former journey for podcast guest Andrew Mellen. Oh, my goodness, Andrew, big hugs and love to you. And so, he and I, we were connecting on the phone the other day, as we have for years. And we both owned businesses. And with that, there's this never-ending story of being able to properly communicate our value in the world and what we provide, what it is that we do.
And for whatever reason, we ended up back on that conversation again. And it is the realization was so clear and it came from Andrew. So, Andrew, I blame you for the clarity I and many people blame you. Thousands of other people blame you for their newfound clarity. I love you and I'm so grateful. And this this was so powerful that I have to have to have to hop on the podcast and share it with you, this insight. So, he as a professional organizer, is awesome. And he's able to help people deal with their stuff. Right.
Getting their stuff in order. And that's fabulous and powerful and absolutely needed. And when you describe what I do, on the other hand, the short version of saying what I do is or the popular version of saying what I do, although it's not the right terms, would be of a mindset coach, especially a money mindset coach. Now, I'm not a coach at all. I'm a healer. Right. So, I'm an intuitive healer. I'm a Reiki master. That's what my real training is like. I don't have any ICF certifications or anything like that.
But what ends up happening is I attract a lot of coaches and they're like you’re a coach, you’re a coach, you’re a coach, Victoria! All right. You know, you can say what you want, but OK. And so, with that, this idea of coaching as holding space for another person, realizing their wisdom is something that's been going on long before coaching in the healing world.
That's that is how especially in the alternative or the energy healing industry, that is how we do our work. You hold space for the body to do what it's supposed to, right. For the natural healing wisdom to emerge from the body, every single energy healer or light worker or whatever. It's not your power. It's not my power that's healing somebody that I'm working with or on. It's actually my ability to hold space for that person. And it's that person's power to heal themselves that emerges. The coaches. The more that I speak to and I've spoken to hundreds, the more that I speak to them. They're like, oh, that's exactly what you do. That's exactly what we do as coaches especially. And so, it's interesting to consider that.
But talking to Andrew, I love him. He is so good at really getting to it. Well, and they'll be more specific. What's the point? And he reminds me his personality reminds me of another really awesome friend of mine. And if you're listing it, big hugs for love to Tom Shipley, who his catch phrase is, what's the problem? Like his engineering professor taught him that one way to move forward in life and business, move any project forward is just make sure to clarify what exactly is the problem. So, shout out to Tom Shipley. Such an inspiration, such a great friend, awesome guy. And so, with that, considering this idea of, OK, let me be even more specific. Are you OK, Victoria? What do you do?
Oh, you're a you're a mindset coach, specifically a money mindset coach. OK, well, what about that? Are you just going to like, have me cross my eyes, cross my fingers and money will pop out of my head into my hand or something? What does that mean? And what I've seen in the work that I do is this - and wow, for this podcast I'm calling upon so many people who are supporting me - I'm thinking of my amazing assistant, Jessica, sorry, she just she described it to me in really powerful words that triggered this conversation with Andrew. So, keep up. Keep this going somewhere.
So, Jessica, you're absolutely amazing. Thank you for your support. When I asked her to say, OK, Kanye, you're amazing with copywriting and describe it, could you just tell me what would you tell someone? I do.

Victoria: Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 143 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
So, in this podcast episode, I have the honor of getting to share with you someone who has been in my life for years and years, who keeps me smiling, who is a truth teller. She is full of wisdom. She's a published author, executive development strategist, is the CEO, award winning film producer and a wife to author. Well, we love you. Will was your watching and listening. And she is my friend Cornelia Shipley.
Welcome to the podcast.
Cornelia: Thank you for having me, Miss Victoria. It's good to be here. It's good to see you. It's been a couple of years since I've gotten a chance to see you in person when we get uncovid-ed hopefully we can get that fixed. So, it's good to see you.
Victoria: Absolutely. As I miss our hugs and spending time together, all that energy well in person is always off the charts. And everyone you can find Cornelia at 3Cconsulting.com, that's the number three, the letter C as in “cat” consulting dotcom. So, Cornelia, I love you. You love me. We're good. Right? And this may be the very first time that someone is seeing you or hearing about you.
And I was wondering if you could, in your own words, share what it is, exactly what you do, but especially what are the three things that you're known for. Could you tell us?
Cornelia: Sure. So, I'm a firm obviously called 3C Consulting. We specialize in the retention and advancement of mission critical talent. So, we work in large organizations helping them think through their succession planning processes, their development processes, their diversity and inclusion processes, which is you can imagine recording this less than a week since the Wisconsin incident that there's a lot going on and prior Jacobs family, obviously.
And so the three things I think I'm known for, especially in terms of the work I do with entrepreneurs and the work I do with people, one on one is one that I live a life that I've designed to that that if you're looking for someone who is going to help you get unstuck quickly and understand how your thinking is impacting your inability to act, that I'm a person that gets that phone call. And then if you're really ready to move quickly and are ready to have to have that very quick turnaround moment of saying how did I get here and get ready to move beyond that, I'm the person that that entrepreneurs would call.
Victoria: I can vouch for that. My gut is when I talk to you, you're like, oh, no, you need to do this. And then how it's like rocket fuel. I love it and I love you just the way you are. Oh, my goodness. And this gets me curious, though, because you are so powerful at what you do, right? You literally wrote the book Design Your Life, by the way, everyone available on Amazon, go check it out and you live it.
You practice what you preach. And I'm curious, like, what inspired you to start this business, to start your firm in the first place? Like, is there a story or something you realize?
Cornelia: Yeah. So, the story goes the design your life piece of the story goes back to two thousand and three. And the business part of it started in 06. So, in 2003, I was a graduate student living in Australia at the time. And if anyone has traveled to that region of the world, you know that they have that whole kind of no worries attitude. And if you remember, in 03, we were in the middle of one of our Iraq wars. And so, it was interesting living abroad as an American in that time and seeing news abroad, news at that time and seeing really how other people live.
And it was it was really striking to me how I thought I had a good life in America. And then I went to Australia and was like, oh, there's more I didn't realize. I did not know.
And so, because I was studying strategic planning in my MBA program, I really wanted to write a book about how people could strategically. And for their life, instead of planning for their business, I came back, I graduated, started working, and like most people, life happened to me. And so, in 2006, I was in the right job, in the right location. That was the job that was going to set me up for the big job. Right. And for those people who are corporate refugees or retirees or whatever, you remember those days.
And so, for me, in the middle of that job, I had two things happen. Within about six months, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and my father had a stroke and my father had a stroke on June the 5th, two thousand and six, and went to bed.
He didn't he didn't know. He didn't feel well. And then he woke up the next morning, got medical treatment, and by the end of the 6th of June, he was paralyzed on one side of his body. And so, at that point, I was living fifteen hundred miles away from my family and I'm an only child. So that wasn't going to work with a mom with breast cancer and a dad who couldn't move half of his body.
It was time for me to go. So, I quit my job. I had great support from the organization I work for at the time and that happened in June. I left the company on Halloween was my last day of work and it was October thirty first two thousand and six. And I started working with our first corporate client, November 14th of two thousand six.
And so, I was able to really navigate caring for my parents and growing a business at the same time.

Victoria: Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 142 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
So in today's podcast episode, I get the honor of sharing someone with you who has changed my life. Patrick Lerouge is an incredible mindset coach, incredible healer, an incredible thought leader. He has changed my life. He liberated me from TMJ syndrome and actually opened me up to my own healing power in the first place. And Patrick is up to some big stuff around getting you to get shift done fast. And I get to share his story with you today. Welcome to the podcast, brother.
Patrick: Thank you so very much, Victoria. Thank you so much for having me as well. Letting me play in your journey. Letting me have your fun with you. So thank you so very much.
Victoria: It's my pleasure, truly. And so here's the thing. This may be the very first time that somebody is getting to hear about you or to learn your story, learn about what your expertise is. So tell them what it is that you do in your own words, but especially what are the three things that you're known for? Could you tell us?
Patrick: I'm all about getting things done with energy to spare, so doing less and getting more. But in order to do that, I help people with three things. One, I get them feeling really comfortable in their skin, truly, physically, mentally, emotionally, get them really comfortable in their skin. And by doing that, they become naturally confident.
No more is the need to peacock or need to fake it to you make it type of thing. You become confident as a businesswoman as well as as a parent. I work mainly with moms, so they control the whole house. The other guys say they like it or not, I need a confident mom as a businesswoman as well as a confident mom as a parent.
And because you do that because you're comfortable in your skin, you become hyper productive, you truly reach your highest capacity. So it's all about getting a person to feel comfortable in the skin, getting them uber, uber, uber confident and naturally productive.
Victoria: I love it! Thank you. This is so true and so powerful, especially for women to have a really awesome conscious man behind them, helping them to unleash that power. And I know that for you. I'm familiar with your story. I know where you've come from.
But I'm curious on behalf of my listeners. Right. What what inspired you to get into this in the first place? Did something happen? Like tell us the story of what set you on this pace to opening up for confidence hyperconnectivity. Right. And taking things to the next level. Well, where did this come from?
Let's talk about it!

The Company You Keep - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 141

Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 141 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of today’s podcast episode is The Company You Keep.
I am currently en route driving to a massage appointment. It's a Monday and what, Monday afternoon? And I'm excited to get a massage. And I wanted to share some insights from a few of the sales calls that I was on last week, especially around the people that we as energy conscious entrepreneurs surround ourselves with. So I had a series of sales calls, as usual.
By the way, shout out to my team, thank you for kicking things up a notch. I love my team and the things my marketing manager is doing are amazing. And so because of them, I'm talking to a lot more amazing entrepreneurs like yourselves. They're really helping me connect with you. And so I just really want to give some special shout outs to my team first and foremost, like I wouldn't be on those sales calls without you.
So with that, though, what comes up during these conversations and a sales calls, by the way, for me is a in depth, grounded spiritual clearing experience for the people I speak with.
Right? We explore not just, you know, what you may be purchasing or not, but also what's standing in your way. And I was on a sales call with a guy and I was on a sales call with a gal.
And both of them are deeply intuitive, energy sensitive, spiritually conscious entrepreneurs who are on their their own journey of financial ascension.
And they were both - unbeknownst to one another, they have not met, they don't know each other, and I'm not going to say their names, but if you're listening and you know who you are - they are on different parts of the country. Right. From different parts of the world, originally.
It's interesting, though, and the two have totally different, like, completely different businesses. But they're going through the same thing.
It's so great. Oh, you know, I'm really grateful for the work that I do because there's very clear solutions that I provide for very specific problems that we as energy conscious entrepreneurs face.
And so they both were having the same general scenario. So I wanted to do a podcast episode on this to share, because I think it's really powerful. I think it speaks for a lot of us as conscious entrepreneurs.
Let's talk about it!

Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 140 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of today’s podcast episode is Why I Threw Out My Bed.
Oh my goodness, it's so it's summertime, and I have taken a little bit of a hiatus from posting to the podcast - taking some time to focus on revamping my self care.
I wanted to share with you something that's really changed my quality of life and my level of energy for the better, like, the best that it's been in years. And it's about me throwing out my bed.
So around five-ish years ago, five, six years ago, I moved into a larger space, and part of me moving into my larger space was having a larger bedroom. And I received as a gift of support from a family member a queen size bed, the boxspring and mattress.
Now I received it as a hand-me-down, it was used. So I'm open to, you know, using whatever we've got and using all the resources that are on hand. But I at the time didn't think much of the fact that when she said - I received it from my mom. Thanks, Mom, I love you. - at the time she's like, "oh yeah no problem you can have it. I mean it's hurting my back. That's why I'm getting a new memory foam bed! So, No, no worries I mean it's perfectly fine. You can have it."
I thought, score! I get to save a couple thousand dollars with a free bed. Absolutely. But something happened along the way, and I'm only seeing this now, because hindsight is 2020.
Let's talk about it!

The title of today’s podcast episode is Theres No Shame In Adapting,
So, in this podcast, I have the pleasure of introducing you to my friend Jon Thielen from companycounsel.law. He is a business attorney and I can’t wait to share our story with you. Welcome to the podcast, Jon.
Jon: Hey Victoria, thanks so much for having me. I think this is great, really excited to be here. The first time I am doing a podcast, so, hopefully, it goes smoothly.
Victoria: Oh I love it. Risk-taker, way to go! I am honored to get to hold space for you on your first time. This is wonderful.
Jon: I wanted to be here!
Victoria: Yeah, so this may be the very first time that someone is getting to meet you or get introduced to you and what you do. So, in your own words, I was wondering if you could share what it is you do but especially what are the three things that you’re known for. Could you tell us?
Jon: Sure, so, the easiest way of putting is I’m a business attorney. So, I work at a small firm in Philadelphia, based on a Philadelphia, PA. However, I’m actually located in North Jersey. And what we do is we help small and medium-sized businesses. We help them get their trademarks, we help them stay protected from liability as they grow their business.
So, we like to think of ourselves as general counsel of advisors to our clients. We obviously want to help them stay protected but we also want to develop long-lasting relationships with them and watch their businesses flourish over time.
Let's talk about it!
