Journal Like A Visionary - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 128
Wednesday May 20, 2020
Wednesday May 20, 2020
Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 128 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of today’s podcast episode is Journal Like A Visionary.
Yeah, let's do this!
And I want to share with you exactly how to journal like a visionary, specifically so that you can start turning your journals into CASH.
Here's the problem that I would love for this podcast episode to solve for you as a journeypreneur, and for all our journeypreneurs out there, and here's the problem - and I'm looking at it right now in my office, and I'm sure you have one in your office, or your home office, or both - there's this wonderful bookcase, and also a drawer full of my transformational coaching and personal development workbooks graveyard.
Right? This is where some of the most incredible ideas go to lay to rest, lol! They are entombed in the most fabulous, colorful and exciting, and some of them are the most expensive, journals and workbooks and binders.
And then, you know, maybe some are not the most fabulous, so there's some crusty dollar-store-looking throwaway composition and decomposition notebooks.
Then there are ideas all over the place, written on post it notes, and note cards, and maybe even napkins for some of us!
And the problem is that if these ideas were to be activated, you and I both would be bajillionaires right now. You might make your next million off of implementing what's in that journal, or you might make your next billion off of finally implementing what was in that workbook over there.
Be kind to yourself. If you have a transformational coaching or personal development journal and workbook graveyard, this one's for you.
Let's talk about it!

Victoria: Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 127 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of today’s podcast episode is Learning to Receive.
And in this podcast episode I have the honor and pleasure of introducing you to an amazing goddess friend of mine, Amber Mirza. Welcome to the podcast!
Amber: Thank you, Victoria, I am truly honored and I'm so excited to be on this podcast with you. And I absolutely adore, like seriously that, that introduction, that greeting just flows out of you and it's one of the best introductions I've ever heard. Like, bar none. I just I was like, oh my gosh that thought is amazing. I need to do this!
Victoria: Yeah! It really helps me to ground to have mantras. Like, I integrate so many different mantras in my life that puts me into a state, and that one for me at the beginning of the podcast, like, turns on the energy of our podcast, you know?
The problem that I'm determined to solve in this podcast is that, you know, it breaks my heart our our brothers and sisters in business start on this journey, like you and I have in the past, to serve and to help others.
And along that journey the problem arises of them dropping off of the journey, maybe because they've been exhausted, or something came up where they lost hope or lost faith.
So, the vision behind this podcast is to encourage them to stay on the path. So if whatever I can share, whatever you can share, would encourage them to stay on that journey.
Because I know, I believe, that when more good people make good money, more good happens in the world. And so the more that we can support our entrepreneurs in keeping the faith, staying positive, staying energized and staying in the game, the more good we'll be able to see there happening in the world.
Do you agree?
Amber: Oh my gosh, you couldn't, I couldn't have said it better myself. And it appeals so much to my heart because I see that every day.
I look around, and people are, they're my focus. They're my strength they're my weakness.
But when I look around, I see it all the time.
Oh, entrepreneurs have a special place in my heart, just because I truly believe that it takes a certain type of person to want to step into that world of so much reward, and yet so much uncertainty, you know, so much turmoil.
Let's talk about it!

Victoria: Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 126 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of today’s podcast episode is Weight Loss vs. The Quarantine 15.
In this podcast episode, I am super grateful to get to bring to you my dear friend Soumya Gayatri. She is an incredible weight loss, health and nutrition coach for women especially of Indian origin and I know now more than ever we have got to hear what you're saying, mama! So welcome to the podcast, goddess!
Soumya: Hey, thank you so much Victoria. I'm so excited to talk to you today, and share my journey and share tips on how we can not pack on the Quarantine 15. Yes!
Right now you could still write it, this is a time that all of us are at home we are eating out of boredom because we are frustrated we are anxious via stress.
Victoria: So, I hear you on that. It's so true.
Now, with that being said though, before we get into it - I love it, the Quarantine 15 - before we get into that, this may be somebody's very first time meeting you or getting to hear your story.
So I was wondering if you could tell us a little bit more about yourself, but especially what are the three things that you're known for in your business. Could you tell us?
Soumya: I'm so happy to share that. Thank you so much.
I am a weight loss coach, I'm a health coach from Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I graduated back in 2013, and I have been on this journey of giving up my foods.
I primarily work with Indian women, but it's actually for ethnic women, you know, we come from different cultures. And all these diets seem to be geared towards giving up our ethnic foods that we grew up with.
And that doesn't go down very well because after you have lost the weight you go back to eating your culture's foods and then the weight comes back on, or if you eat emotional eating you will reach out to the food that you have grown up with.
That's just natural, right?
So that's where I did my research and actually got an aha moment for myself, that this is not going to work for me if I'm gonna eat soups and salads for the rest of my life.
Let's talk about it!

Six Stages of Energy Transformation Part 2 - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 125
Sunday May 17, 2020
Sunday May 17, 2020
Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 125 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of today’s podcast episode is Six Stages of Energy Transformation - Part 2.
So if you've been following along on the podcast, a couple of days ago I introduced you to the first three stages of energy transformation: the three things that need to happen in order for you to move through any form of energy block of any kind.
Now, I especially focus on money blocks, in particular, moving energy around that. And I got some pretty strong reviews from people saying "oh my gosh, this is stuff that I hadn't even considered but I knew already."
And I really want to make sure that I'm someone who is reminding you of things that you already know, but just encouraging you to use what you've got to get what you want. If you haven't listened to that episode go ahead, hit pause, and go back on the podcast and re-listen to it (Episode 121) to refresh your memory.
But I left you with a cliffhanger of "oh my goddess! What are the last three?" Right? So, as a quick recap: the first three were grounding, storytelling, and turn-on, and I shared that as I was actively teaching on this during one of my Entrepreneur Master Manifestor Challenges on Facebook - it's a five-day challenge in my Entrepreneur Master Manifestor Facebook Group, which you're welcome to hop on in and join the tribe of hundreds of entrepreneurs from all over the world who are interested in the same things as you; it's also a great networking opportunity!
But with that being said, let's get to the fourth stage of energy transformation. So, last time I left off we were talking about the power of turn-on, and how important it is for releasing any block, to make sure that you are turned on about the thing that you are manifesting, right?
If you're trying to manifest more money and you are turned off about sales - and that's a whole other can of worms that we need to work on, right - and if you don't have energy to sell - that's also again another can of worms - that could get in your way, and actually fuel your energy blockage.
Let's talk about it!

Victoria: Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 124 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of today’s podcast episode is Moringa, The Miracle Tree.
And I am so excited to introduce you to someone I love so much and I can't say I have like the corner on loving this woman she has changed so many people's lives here in our beautiful state of New Jersey. Good morning Good everything good afternoon Marilyn Schlossberg Welcome
to the podcast goddess.
Marilyn: Hi, how are you.
Victoria: I just love you.
Marilyn: I love you, too! My kindred spaced-teeth people!
Victoria: Right? I love how growing up I always looked at Madonna and was like, "yes! Thank you for having a gap in your teeth!" LOL!
So Marilyn, my dear, this may be somebody's first time getting to meet you. Now, I know and love you, but this may be someone's first time getting to meet you, so if you could, in your own words, share with us what it is you do and especially the three things that you are known for, tell us goddess.
Marilyn: What are the three things I'm known for? Well, being a strong badass woman. Giving back to my community, which fuels me and keeps me going all the time. And being a mother and wife, I guess. A late-blooming mother and wife.
Victoria: YAY! I love it, I love it, I love it. It's such a blessing. And what how I really got to encounter you has been through the work that you've done, as an incredible restauranteur. Ladies, gentlemen, Marilyn she owns Pop's Garage and Langosta Lounge in Asbury Park, NJ, as well as The Whitechapel Project in Long Branch, NJ.
So you've created an incredible movement on the Jersey Shore. Like oceanside, preserving preserving nature down there, making sure that we're using straws that are healthy for the environment, even if people are crusty about it. You're eco friendly and all about supporting increased health for environment and ourselves as well.
And so I want to thank you for that Marilyn! YAY!
And now I hear your latest project is with Moringa. Could you tell us about that?
Let's talk about it!

Stand Out To Impact - Interview with Spring Zheng - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 123
Wednesday May 13, 2020
Wednesday May 13, 2020
Victoria: Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 123 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of today’s podcast episode is Stand Out To Impact.
And I'm so excited to get to introduce you my good friend Spring Zheng. Welcome goddess!
Spring: Hello, everybody, how are you! Hi, thank you, Victoria.
Victoria: So good! So, you can find Spring, everyone, at SpringMagicLife.com, and she is an Abundance Thought Leadership coach.
Now, Spring, this may be the very first time that someone is getting to meet you, or learn about you, and I was wondering if you could tell us a little bit more about what you do as an Abundance Thought Leadership coach, but especially what are the three things that you're known for. Could you tell us?
Spring: Wow, cool. Thank you for asking me that Victoria. I'm so happy to be here to share. And actually when people asked me what I do, right, often they say "what's your superpower? What superpower would make you outstanding?"
Really the number one for me is my genuine and authentic love to you - abundance of love to all of you, to everyone, you know, just all over the world, right? Not just to human beings, but to animals and everything in this world.
So it's really like abundance love, that kind of a blessing, I get it. Every day I can feel that. I can feel that kind of presence overflowing from me, so that's my number one superpower.
Second one, yes, really is my faith, believing what I'm, you know, really on this mission and blessed by God to do is really help visionary entrepreneurs and life changers. I am here to help them, then step up to the call and to stand out in the market to make a great impact and also attract their dream clients, and really help to create the abundance of all worldwide.
So that's my mission, and also my superpower. I have a gift to help other people.
And one other thing, you mentioned about three things, right? The first thing is really my power of helping people to uplift to their vision. It is only when, you know, when people are standing this level, right, we always have our, like, blind spot.
Everyone has that, and at certain different times of your life you always feel like maybe some limitation or some blocks, but I always have that kind of power to help people I flip to your vision and see beyond your current situation, and to really understand your biggest, greatest goal to fulfill in your life.
Let's talk about it!

Victoria: Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 122 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of today’s podcast episode is Taking Your Potato Back.
In this episode, I get the joy of introducing you to my good friend Jorge Vasquez! He's a kick ass coach from amplifymyimpact.com - Jorge, welcome to the podcast, brother.
Jorge: Thank you for having me!
Victoria: Oh my goodness. So, I have gotten to receive coaching directly from you and also witnessed the impact that you had in other's businesses. You are like, no nonsense, like, give it to me straight, awesome, powerful, empowering advice.
And I'm curious, because this may be the very first time that someone is getting to meet you, right, or encounter you. So in your own words if you could describe just, what do you do, but especially my favorite thing to learn is what are the three things that you're known for. Could you tell us?
Jorge: Yeah, sure. Certainly. So what I do is support impact-driven, heart-centered entrepreneurs on their marketing efforts online. I coach them through the tough spots.
One part of it is strategy. And the other part of it is mindset. Because people, when they want to grow and scale, it's it's nice in theory, it's nice... it's a good idea. It's a dream.
But then, you run into new challenges, new roadblocks, and that's the thing I help with. I'm like the third person perspective and accountability that holds people's feet to the fire.
So, what I'm known for is, you know, leadership and personal development, alongside mindset. But also, I have a no-nonsense, direct approach.
Like, no bullshit. You know, where people often don't want to offend. Neither do I.
However, I'm not being paid to be nice, I'm not being paid to be a people pleaser, I'm being paid to make sure you hit your goals.
Let's talk about it!

Six Stages of Energy Transformation - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 121
Tuesday May 12, 2020
Tuesday May 12, 2020
Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 121 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of today’s podcast episode is Six Stages of Energy Transformation.
I want to share with you something that needs to be repeated. I am not a coach, I'm not, I'm not I'm not. And, but at the same time, I do teach a lot, right, I give a lot of advice, I give a lot of consulting. Yes, absolutely, but I'm not a coach.
I am an energy healer.
The bulk of my training and the bulk of my work in traditional "education" was to be an educator, yes. I went to school at Rutgers University and you know got a TEFL certification and trained around 60 plus English tutors and all while I studied there. So I've had, "education" (read: traditionally accepted or canonized) education, like a certain amount of "education" education, especially around teaching English and getting people to express themselves.
But my non-traditional education, which has gone on past graduating from college, has been in Reiki energy healing. I'm a Reiki Master four times and counting. Now, this is something that I studied privately with different Reiki masters from different traditions. This is something I'm deeply passionate about, energy healing, and I will continue to study that for the rest of my life. I do not study Reiki for anything other than really for me. And that's my real identity, yes, I have the word "sensei," which is my title, and means teacher, right, so that is part of my identity but when I identify myself it's usually as a healer. I am not a coach.
With that being said as an energy healer, there are certain things that I've observed. Now I'm entering my 10th year full time as a professional energy healer. There are certain things that I've observed around people's energy that after you have worked with people online and offline, like I have, right, in person or over the phone or over Skype or zoom or other things, like I have, if you've worked with people not just locally, but also all over your state, all over your country and in different countries in the world, like I have, after you've trained people how to do energy work, multiple times, right, like I have, you start to see patterns in the energy. You just get exposed to so many different situations and people that you can't help but start to see the patterns.
And one of the patterns that I've observed now in the last decade of doing this work is that there are six stages of energy transformation.
Let's talk about it!

Victoria: Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 120 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of today’s podcast episode is Creating Momentum.
So, I'm really excited! Oh my gosh, I get to share with you an incredible goddess in my life, Nettie Owens, she's an accountability and productivity consultant.
You can go and check out her website momentumaccountability.com, and I've known her for years, it's been amazing to see her different incarnations and getting better and better, over time.
Welcome to the podcast Nettie!
Nettie: Thank you so much for having me here today Victoria, you're right it's been years, and a transformation for me, for you, it's just been a wonderful ride!
Victoria: I love it. So this, um, like when we first met, and everyone if you're listening or watching in, we met through Fabienne Fredrickson of Boldheart, so thanks to her! And my goodness. Like at the time, I remember you were an organizer, and at that time I was just, you know, some energy person. Right?
And it blossomed over time, right, to your current incarnation. You and I both, like, we've been through a few incarnations over the years that we've known each other, and this may be the very first time that someone's getting to meet you.
So I'm curious. Could you introduce yourself but especially tell us what are the three things that you're known for now?
Nettie: Absolutely. So I am just thrilled to be here, and you're right, if I had been on this show when we first met, I would have said I'm a professional organizer, and I love that identity - it was so impactful and it's still impactful to the work that I do today.
But right now what I'm known for and what people come to me for is, one, to help clarify their vision and their mission in their work so that, number two, they can get their most important work done.
And I'm using the word "done" very specifically, because so often we have lots of things we're doing but not lots of things were finishing.
And so really, you know, wanting to move those projects along all while helping you stay focused and removing any roadblocks that might get in your way is what I specialize in.
Let's talk about it!

Transform Your Resistance Into Reinvention - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 119
Thursday May 07, 2020
Thursday May 07, 2020
Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 119 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.
The title of today’s podcast episode is Transform Your Resistance Into Reinvention.
Let's do this! I'm so excited.
So, earlier today. Gosh, this has been a very eventful day. A lot of, gosh, turmoil amongst different groups and circles that I run in, and it's been interesting of keeping the communication lines open with my clients, keeping the energy high, right, as best we can for my friends and family.
And at one point earlier today one of my clients, um, she was sharing with our group that she feels that something is coming through her, but she's resisting it, right. So here we are.
Many of us, you know, are home, working from home, maybe for the first time. I know I was in a discussion earlier reflecting on how this December will be 10 years that I've been at this, having a hybrid online and offline business, and all that so way I'm good like this, this is nothing new.
But for many people this is a really new experience, and we're sending so much love to those who are feeling the shift and feeling the transition of like, holy cow, what, what is about to happen now? How am I able to maintain a sense of presence, a sense of inspiration, a sense of being guided when my whole world is being turned upside down. Right?
And so earlier today my client she's relaying this very experience, and I think it's a common amongst quite a few people. And I've not only been listening to her and my VIP group the Visionary Shaman Circle, where we support each other at staying at the highest vibration in life and business every single day, where we gather every single week, month, quarter and year, right, since it's a year long structured program that I already have clients in.
So in my program we're used to interfacing back and forth, and making sure that we're all staying at the highest vibrations, not falling into fear.
So, on top of that, lately I've also been in text threads and Facebook chat threads, right, in multiple different posting threads across Facebook - Facebook is my main platform - and even some things coming in on Instagram now as well, and oh my goddess, like this is, um, this is something else, like I'm not really used to this, this much activity going on!
But at the same time, the dominant conversation that I've been seeing more intimate circles amongst entrepreneurs is wow, I am feeling the call to do a new thing.
And I'm terrified.
I'm resisting it.
I'm at home, I'm cleaning instead of writing. I'm going out to the store and buying a ton of stuff instead of launching my business and getting out there doing content creation.
I don't know what to do. Where do I go, what do I do, what do I say, right?
Be kind to yourself.
Let's talk about it!
